Another successful Turkey Shoot is in the books. 38 players attended and a lot of fun was had by all.
Thanks to Ellison Smith for organizing and to the Royal Canadian Legion, Men of Vision, Br. 15 for providing the venue.
Taking home First Place and the Big Birds were Dwayne Eliuk, Cegi Fitzgerald and Kelrick Smalleyes.
Second Place with Hams in their pockets were Dave Parker, Andy Harris and Arlene Reuer and
in Third Place, stealing the Cornish Hens in a Playoff, were Ellison Smith, Dave Johnston and Adam Milley.
SPAM recipients for their Most Honest play were Neil Davies, Tana Kierzkowski and Kari-Ann Raczynski.
Congrats to all the Winners as well as to All participants.
With only one more match before the Christmas break, the first-half Team Standings are anything but set. Monday's play could have a significant impact on where the top 3 teams end up, with Y'All Duck possibly being in a spoiler role and Oche Pucks could relinquish sole possession of last place with a decisive 2-point win:

CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL.
The Annual General Meeting will be held at the Legion on Saturday May 10th. Doors open at 9:30, meeting will commence at 10:00 sharp.
A Blind Draw Doubles Tournament will follow the AGM. Only those who attended the AGM can play in the Tournament.
Nominations for the Most Sportsmanlike Player were to be submitted to league V.P. Sarah Spocchi by March 31, 2025.

Ladies: Saturday April 12, 2025 - DUCKS. Doors open at 10:00 am, Darts fly at 11:00 am (Tentative)
Men's : Sunday April 13, 2025 - LEGION. Doors open at 10:00 am, Darts fly at 11:00 am
